    • Important 4D Insurance Statement.
      • Thankfully, we are gradually returning to a place where we all can participate and enjoy being members of the best Dive and adventure Club in the Northern region! We look forward to supporting and teaching potential new Divers to be as excited about diving as we all are. 4D is being optimistic, and with strategies in place, we will have students this season and beyond.
      • That being said, we need to protect our students and ourselves with liability insurance. The last two years have been surreal, and each of us has dealt with it in our way. Now is the time to support our favourite Dive Club! Unfortunately, the cost of insurance for 2022 is $3600, and we have not, unfortunately, had any opportunities to generate funds.
      • How should we handle this?
      • After doing some quick research, personal instructor insurance has been quoted at $655 and $710 annually. If you have a lot of students scheduled this season, that may pay off. Otherwise, it is a lot to be able to handle. So, unless Ryan Vickers wins the lottery, it appears the only solution is to ask for $300 from each 4D Dive professional to assist in covering the 2022 annual costs. This would support the whole Dive Club and the exciting season’s activities! However, in these difficult times, if you cannot contribute, let Bill know by saying “members benefits.” No judgements! We are a family! (Even better) Perhaps you can contribute to the Club in another helpful way.
